Ingredients for a liter of lemonade:
- 250 ml Butterfly Tea (about 1 cup)
- about 150 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (juice of two lemons)
- 600 ml soda water
- 50 g sugar (or less)
- a pinch of salt
- lemon balm
First, brew a strong cup of Butterfly Blue Tea (optionally also with lemon balm) and let it cool down completely. Once the color is strong enough, strain and separate the tea from the flowers.
Mix the sugar with the lemon juice and add the soda water. To serve, fill your glasses about halfway with the lemonade and add a few ice cubes. Finally, the glasses are filled with the blue tea, whereby the color changes from blue to violet to pink.
