Lemongrass is considered to be particularly thirst-quenching, but is also said to be particularly effective when it comes to reducing fever and indigestion. It is not for nothing that it is called fever herb in Thailand. Simply simmer the lemongrass in a saucepan for about 10 minutes, the longer you cook it the more intense the aroma.
In summer we recommend the tea as a cool refreshment. To do this, let the tea cool down and add ginger, honey and a few ice cubes as you like.
