According to the fruit juice regulation, aloe vera juice is not a real “juice”, but a plant leaf extract. Thus, aloe vera is classified as a food supplement.
The juice has multiple health benefits. These include, for example: Strengthening of the immune system, it provides relief for indigestion and fungal diseases and also has an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect. This is attributed to an ingredient in aloe vera. This is the long-chain sugar form acemannan. This substance is produced by the body itself until puberty. It promotes growth and must be supplied from the outside after puberty. The ginseng root also contains this sugar in a similar form. The healing power of aloe juice has not yet been scientifically proven
A strong immune system requires a balanced diet with as many nutrients and vital substances as possible for a healthy defense. Aloe Vera has a wide range of ingredients that can also be found in local fruit and vegetables, e.g.: mucopolysaccharides (mucilage from carbohydrates), anthraquinones, salicylic acid, saponins, enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and other carbohydrates.
