Cocoa has many uses in baking. It is used, for example, to darken cake dough, for which a teaspoon of cocoa powder is sufficient. If you want to achieve a chocolaty taste in addition to the color, we recommend at least three teaspoons. Cocoa also harmonizes very well with cinnamon, vanilla and cayenne pepper. It is also ideal for decorating pastries or as a topping on drinks such as cappuccino and hot chocolate.
