Recipe:
- 200g freeze-dried melon
- 150g freeze-dried blueberries
- 2 tablespoons basil leaves
- 5 tablespoons lemon balm leaves
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 750ml red grape juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender – optionally set aside some berries and lemon balm leaves to garnish and serve.
Pour smoothie into glasses. Garnish with remaining berries (50 g) and lemon balm leaves (3 tbsp) and serve.
